Purpose and Scope ARTICLE 1 - (1) In courts, in all legal aid, in all kinds of authority decisions that terminate the dispute between the parties, and also in the determination and discretion of the attorney fees that are required by the courts to be imposed on the other party as required by law, the Attorneyship Law No. 1136 of 19/3/1969 and the provisions of this Tariff .
(2) If a contractual attorney's fee has not been agreed between the parties or the agreed contractual attorney's fee is deemed invalid; A server cannot be ruled by the courts in question below the attorney's fee to be calculated in accordance with this Tariff over the amount described in the case. The contractual attorney's fee, which will be paid in the fourth paragraph of Article 164 of the Law No. 1136 in this Tariff, is returned only in the calculation of the minimum value. Other issues are the provisions of Law No. 1136.
(3) The contractual attorney fee determined under the provisions of this Tariff is deemed to have been taken as per the provisions of this Tariff.
Jobs covered by the attorney's fee ARTICLE 2 -
(1) The attorney's fee written in this Tariff is in return for the lawsuit, work and transaction fee until the final judgment is reached. The petition and other transactions made regarding the lawsuit or work pursued by the lawyer do not require a separate fee. In the event of rejection or acceptance of requests regarding the adherence of provisions, attorneys' fees cannot be ruled.
(2) On the other hand, the hearings of the execution proceedings, the appeal at the Court of Cassation, the Council of State and the Court of Accounts, and the hearings of the appeal at the regional administrative and regional courts of appeal require a separate fee. ARTICLE 3 -
(1) The attorney's fee to be charged to the other party by the judicial authorities, belonging to the lawyer, cannot be less than the amount written in this Tariff and more than three times. In determining this fee, the effort of the lawyer, the importance of the work, the nature and the duration of the case are taken into consideration.
(2) In the dismissal of a lawsuit filed against more than one defendant, including joint liability, a single lawyer fee is charged for the defendant whose rejection reason is common, and in favor of the attorney of the defendant whose reason for refusal is separate, for each refusal reason separately.

ARTICLE 4 -
(1) In the event that the same legal aid is provided by more than one lawyer, the other party cannot be charged more than one attorney's fee. Right to full pay
ARTICLE 5 -
(1) Regardless of the stage, the lawyer who accepts the lawsuit and execution proceedings is entitled to the full fee determined by the provisions of this Tariff.
